"It ain't about how hard you hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward."

— Rocky Balboa

I've loved movies and television for as long as I can remember. They captured my imagination, moved me and made me dream.

In high school, I was painfully shy, so performing felt out of reach. Instead, I joined photography class and fell in love with it. That passion led me to earn a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography & Digital Media. But after college, I pivoted and became a 4th grade bilingual teacher.

Early in my teaching career, a friend asked me to help with a community theatre play... just a small role with six lines. I said yes, reluctantly, wanting to support him. But something shifted the moment I stepped on stage. I was nervous, unsure, but I felt alive.

Eventually, I signed up for on-camera acting classes, just to try something new. My acting teacher saw something in me and referred me to a talent agency. They signed me and soon I was booking commercials and other projects. After six years of teaching, I decided to take a chance on a wild dream and pursue acting full time.

When I moved to Los Angeles, I picked up photography again; shooting headshots for friends and rediscovering my love for visual storytelling.

Today, I'm still chasing the dream. One film that's always stayed with me is ROCKY. Rocky's resilience, heart, and determination taught me that success isn't about how hard you hit... it's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. That philosophy continues to shape everything I do.
